We're now looking for a skilled Field Service Espresso Machine Technician to join our growing team and help keep Canterbury's coffee flowing.

Role Overview

As a Field Service Espresso Machine Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy consistently excellent coffee through well-maintained equipment. You'll handle repairs, maintenance, and installations of commercial coffee machines and grinders while providing friendly, professional service to our loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Service and repair leading brands of espresso machines and grinders

·       Perform regular scheduled maintenance for commercial customers

·       Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site

·       Carry out preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer and company standards

·       Accurately record all work through Tech Op's Job Management System

What We're Looking For

·       Current New Zealand Electrical Service Technician (EST) licence

·       Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

·       Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

·       Full, clean manual driver's licence and willingness to travel

·       Customer-focused attitude with great communication skills

·       Reliable, professional, and well-presented

·       Physically capable of lifting and moving commercial equipment

·       Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in the industry

·       Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Additional Information


• On-Call Roster: One-in-five weekend rotation with flexibility and support


• After-Hours Work: Occasional breakdown service required as needed
