The Role

We're looking for an
Engineering Lead
to turn AI-driven innovation into product reality. You'll work closely with our CTO - who prototypes and pushes the edge of what's possible - and lead a small, highly technical team to deliver fast, high-quality, and reliable product releases.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a small but growing team of engineers (currently 3) to deliver high-impact features quickly and safely.
  • Work directly with the CTO to translate vision and innovation into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Build scalable, maintainable systems across backend, AI integration, and platform layers.
  • Champion engineering excellence - CI/CD, observability, testing, reliability.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted and AI-generated code in day-to-day engineering.
  • Foster an experimentation culture while maintaining velocity and quality.
  • Help recruit and mentor engineers as the team expands.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10 years
    in software engineering, with at least
    2 years leading a small team
    or managing delivery.
  • Strong technical foundations in
    cloud-native architectures
    ,
    APIs
    , and
    distributed systems
    .
  • Experience with
    Python
    ,
    TypeScript
    , or similar languages; familiarity with
    AI frameworks
    or
    LLM-based tools
    is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to deliver production systems quickly in startup or high-growth settings.
  • Curiosity and comfort with emerging technology—especially where AI changes how we build.
  • Appetite for ambiguity and a bias toward action.
  • Pragmatism: you can balance innovation with stability and business outcomes.
