What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?

This role entails collaborating with the Credit Portfolio Intelligence team on portfolio management, analytics, and reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Applying analytical skills to prepare reports and develop PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders in support of strategic decisions.
• Monitoring weekly changes in key data metrics and coordinating with stakeholders regarding relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of risk data and reports through established quality control practices, including comprehensive file reviews.

What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?

This role is tasked with monitoring and reporting on the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying potential issues and/or opportunities

What do we want you to know before you apply?

This role contributes to upholding a robust control framework by delivering thorough reporting and guidance. Responsibilities include evaluating key metrics and investigations, performing application assessments, and preparing visually engaging reports.

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in reporting or portfolio management within the financial services sector, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex datasets and uncovering trends.

Proficiency in preparing visual presentations-such as PowerPoint-are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics. Proficiency in SAS and SQL with knowledge of Power BI and Python are considered advantageous.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, including BS19, BS20, APG 223, or APS 220, will also be regarded as an asset.
