Niagara is a proud, family-owned New Zealand business specialising in high-quality timber products. With manufacturing based in Invercargill and distribution centres in Kennington, and Cambridge, we have built a reputation for exceptional service and reliability across the country.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable team player to join our Cambridge distribution team. If you have a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively, we want to hear from you Experience with timber or building products is an advantage but not essential — we can teach the right person.

The successful candidate will join our dispatch team, responsible for ensuring products are accurately prepared and delivered to our customers. Your tasks will include:

  • Picking and packaging customer orders for dispatch
  • Restocking racks with timber products (weatherboards, mouldings, etc.)
  • Assisting with truck unloading when required
  • Printing and processing dispatch documentation

For the right person, there's also an opportunity to gain additional administration training and provide backup support to the Site Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
