As a Schedule Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our services run smoothly by coordinating staff rosters and managing short notice cover for our team of Support Workers. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your organisation, communication skills, and ability to think on your feet will make a real impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers.
- Clear and timely communication: Regular communication with Support Workers to manage rosters, including responding to short-notice sick leave.
- Thriving under pressure: Using creativity, resilience and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected changes and ensure continuity of support for the people we support.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- A proven ability to build positive, professional relationships.
- Previous administration experience (rostering or scheduling experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan your workload, prioritise effectively, and problem solve in a high pressure environment.
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
