Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Jade Software Full time

Jade ThirdEye (JTE) Project Manager

Full-time, Christchurch based position

Shape the future. Deliver what matters. Stop financial crime.

At Jade Software, we build technology that protects people, organisations, and communities from financial crime, software that makes a real difference. Our flagship SaaS product, Jade ThirdEye , helps financial institutions detect and prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. Every day, it helps keep bad actors out of the financial system, and that's something worth delivering well.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of Jade ThirdEye projects, someone who thrives on turning complex requirements into seamless outcomes. This role is about connecting people, process, and product to deliver secure, compliant solutions that create real value for our customers.

What this role is really about

You'll be the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every project. From onboarding and integrations to system enhancements and continuous improvement, you'll ensure each implementation runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.

This is a role for someone who:

  • finds energy in working with both people and technology,
  • thrives on detail but can see the bigger picture, and
takes ownership from kick-off through to go-live.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding, integrations, and enhancement projects.
  • Partner with customers to understand their goals and translate regulatory requirements into actionable outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical execution with customer and compliance needs.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered with quality and precision.
  • Support continuous improvement across processes, documentation, and customer experience.
Mentor and coach team members, sharing your knowledge of project delivery and Jade ThirdEye.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience managing technology projects, ideally in SaaS or complex software delivery.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisation and communication, you know how to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Technical literacy and curiosity about how things work under the hood.
  • A genuine interest in helping customers succeed in meeting their AML obligations.
Bonus: experience in financial services, AML/RegTech, or the product sector.

Why Jade

We're a New Zealand-founded technology company with a global reach, and a purpose that runs deep. Our teams are smart, humble, and driven to make an impact. We don't chase hype; we build what lasts.

We value bold ideas, thoughtful execution, and a bias for action. We back our people with flexibility, growth opportunities, and a culture that values both autonomy and accountability.

At Jade, you'll find:

  • Work that has real-world impact.
  • A team that values curiosity, quality, and courage.
  • Great benefits: comprehensive health, life, and income protection insurance; enhanced parental leave; and paid community time.
A hybrid work model (three days in office) with flexibility built in — and an office-first approach from 2026 to strengthen collaboration and connection.

Headquartered in Christchurch, with offices in Auckland, Dunedin, Sydney, and the UK, we're growing fast, and we're looking for curious, driven people to grow with us.

We believe our strength comes from diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to solving real-world challenges for our customers. Our People First culture drives our customer centric mindset and employee experiences. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and lived experiences; your uniqueness is what makes us better. Your application will be considered based on the skills, experience, and potential you bring to Jade.

Ready to deliver what matters?

If you're excited by solving meaningful problems, connecting people and technology, and delivering work that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
