About the day to day:

As a sales contractor for OTM Group, you would be representing some of New Zealand's most recognisable brands and charities. Your day to day will involve:

  • Face-to-face customer engagement – through events, residential, or business settings.
  • Driving sales results – by building real connections and learning how to influence with confidence.
  • Learning and earning – with full product training to help you grow your skillset (and your income).

This isn't your average job – it's an opportunity to grow into a high-performing sales opportunity with no ceiling on earnings or growth.

What You Can Expect:

Ongoing Product Training – Network and develop your sales skills in communication, persuasion, and relationship building.
