HR Manager

This is a part time role where you'll be working 24-30 hours per week. 

Here's what you'll be involved in

There are already some great things in place to support the 60+ staff in this organisation - and it's now time for you to come in and see what else can be done. This sole charge role is broad - one minute you'll be talking people strategy with the CEO or a senior leader, and the next you'll be running a recruitment process and drafting employment documentation. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be partnering with a smart, skilled workforce. This role will see you deliver across the full HR generalist remit, including recruitment, workforce planning, engagement & retention and employment relations. You'll also be creating development plans and career pathways and leading the staff engagement survey. 

Skills and experience you'll bring

You're an experienced HR professional with a depth of skills right across the HR remit, and so can confidently deliver in a sole charge role. Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills will be your keys to success. You'll have worked with professional workforce in the past, and enjoy engaging with people with all different communication styles. Ideally, you hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have some experience in the science or health fields.
