About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Advisor to join our team at Northpower. This role is key in supporting our Supervisors, Team Leaders, and field teams by providing expert guidance on work practices, system usage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll play a vital part in coaching and mentoring across the business from field crews to managers ensuring alignment with Northpower's Communities of Practice (COPs) and embedding best practices in safety leadership, critical risk management, and competency development.
Role Responsibilities:

You'll have a proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence individuals at all levels of the organisation, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving operational excellence. A relevant trade, technical, or engineering qualification (or equivalent experience) will further support your success in this position.
