This senior role offers the opportunity to curate and deliver Global Women's portfolio of world-class events and membership experiences — from executive summits to international delegations, black-tie events to digital learning sessions.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Engagement and Head of Leadership and Progammes, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Global Women event and member touchpoint delivers impact, connection, and value- reinforcing our mission, strengthening relationships across our membership and partner organisations, and elevating our global recognition as a leadership movement.

You will oversee membership engagement strategies, the design of content-rich experiences, and the delivery of highly visible national and international events. You will also contribute to partner retention and growth by ensuring that our events provide measurable value and align with partners' leadership pipelines.
