About the Role:

Due to high demand projected for the next 24 months we are hiring fixed term Production Operators to add to our operational resources. We are seeking an energetic team players to join our small, friendly team for a 24 month period.

We do shift work on rotation, Each shift is 12 hours and the Plant runs 6pm Sunday night to 6pm Friday night, with a generous shift allowance for night shift. Hours are 6am – 6pm (day shift) and 6pm – 6am (night shift) current roster pattern is 2 weeks Night shift and 3 weeks day shift with scheduled days off during the week on days.

Starting hourly rate of $27.34 per hour. Additional Shift allowance of $4.64 per hour when working night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Shift Manager, your responsibilities will depend on your role and include:

  • Quality control testing
  • Operating process equipment
  • Automated packing machines, along with general packing duties.
  • Forklift operation
  • Loading and mixing of Ingredients
  • Some computer work for label generation

Previous food manufacturing experience in a plant-based environment will advantage your application over others.
