Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity

We're looking for a 3PL Operations Specialist to join our Logistics team on a fixed-term basis (parental leave cover). You'll be the key link between Farmlands and our third-party logistics partners, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Fixed Term Role - end date 11 September 2026. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring order processing and tracking shipments
  • Resolving order issues and managing claims
  • Overseeing inventory and stock levels
  • Coordinating with transport carriers and suppliers
  • Handling customer and internal logistics queries
  • Maintaining records and preparing reports

Mōhou ake | About you

  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers
  • Good with systems (D365, WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Great communicator, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
