We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the team in Whakatu. This is a Permanent Full-Time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:


• Provide administrative support, including data entry and document control


• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks across fleet, logistics, or transport teams.


• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting to support operations.


• Communicate effectively with internal teams, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolutions


• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, supporting projects and operational needs as required.

Skills and experience:


• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or coordination role.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and people-first approach.


• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure


• Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office, databases, and internal systems.


• Class 1 Driver Licence
