In this pivotal role, you'll lead the strategy, coordination, and production of high-quality, client-focused proposals. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts to shape winning submissions that clearly articulate our value and point of difference.

  • Lead bid qualification and strategy development.
  • Manage cross-functional bid teams and stakeholder inputs.
  • Develop compelling win themes and client-centric messaging.
  • Write and produce high-quality proposal content and graphics.
  • Continuously improve bid processes using innovation and technology.
  • Maintain and evolve a central content library for business development.

  • 7+ years' experience in bid management, strategy, and writing.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality proposals.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; InDesign is a bonus.
  • Resilience, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
