Leading a team of architects in delivering scalable, enterprise-wide and domain-specific architecture solutions and security strategies, you'll be operating as a trusted advisor ensuring alignment of Voco's architectural and security frameworks with client objectives, all the while driving innovation, risk mitigation and operational efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical acumen, and a commitment to delivering strategic and value-driven outcomes.

With a Business Architecture and Applications focus, this role is a true Enterprise Architect leadership role and sits alongside Executive audiences, provoking conversations that drive to the heart of an organisation's success.

Being a consultancy, we look for people who can join the dots for our clients – who think holistically, identifying opportunities that will positively impact organisations and who can wrap everything up commercially. You will be someone who derives satisfaction from outcomes; who can build and execute on strategy.

Breadth across various technical domains is key (Business Architecture, Applications, Data, Integration, Security etc), as is a very strong business footprint and process optimisation background.

You are someone who is reputationally led - there is much riding on this role, so being someone who can open doors and rain-make will be heavily relied open.

You will develop robust roadmaps and be skilled in designing enterprise-wide solutions. You will be supported by other Enterprise Architects as well as varying domain architects who will penetrate into the detail.

We hope to attract someone who has a valuable background working in-house for large organisations, operating with ultimate architectural responsibility across the enterprise. To balance this, you will also have experience in consulting environments with a portfolio of successful enterprise business architectures under your belt.
