The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We're looking for a Team Coach to lead our River Road respite team in
Wairarapa.

As a Team Coach, you'll inspire and
guide a team of support workers and clinicians to deliver exceptional care.
You'll advocate for the people we support, ensuring their wellbeing needs are
met with the best possible input and coordination. You'll report to our Service
and Relationship Manager, who will provide coaching and region-wide leadership.

Our River Road service offers Social
Detoxification and Mental Health Residential support. This is a full-time
position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with rotational after-hours on-call
responsibilities.

Mōu | You 
You'll bring:

  • A
    current health-related clinical registration
  • Experience
    working in mental health and addiction
  • A
    current full New Zealand driver's license
  • A
    current New Zealand first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven
    leadership experience
  • Cultural
    competence and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
