About the Role

Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join a leading healthcare service in the Wellington region. We have permanent positions across multiple environments, including community and inpatient settings. These roles offer the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise, work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

About You

  • Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of NZ – OTBNZ)

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Community and inpatient services

  • Neurological, long-term, and age-related conditions (stroke, dementia, frailty, post-trauma)
  • Community-based older adults' orthopaedic rehab
  • Inpatient rehab, older persons' care, surgical services, and sub-acute rehab
  • Acute Inpatient Major Trauma Care – Orthopaedics Ward (multi-trauma focus including ICU, ED, Cardiothoracic, and Neurology)
  • Passionate about patient-centred care
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and cultural awareness
