Heavy Machine Operators Required – Civil & Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join our team on a range of long-term civil and infrastructure projects. If you're confident on the controls, can operate efficiently, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating a range of heavy machinery such as:

    Excavators (1.5T–20T), Loaders, Rollers, Graders, Bulldozers, Dump Trucks
  • Strong knowledge of Civil tasks including:

    trenching, pipe laying, bulk earthworks, cut-to-fill, site preparation
  • Confident in loading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Ability to follow plans and work unsupervised when required
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures
  • Class 1 License and reliable transport
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Physically fit with a solid work ethic

Preferred but Not Essential:

  • Current Class 2–4 licence
  • WTR endorsements
  • GPS machine control experience

Only applicants currently based in New Zealand will be considered.

All successful candidates must pass a pre employment drug and alcohol screening.
