We specialise in pre-purchase, pre-sale and maintenance inspections, as well as meth, asbestos and mould testing - helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Our reputation is built on accuracy, professionalism, and genuine care for both our clients and our team. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Contractor Building Inspector to take ownership of our high-demand Wellington City area.

The role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Completing pre-purchase, pre-sale and maintenance building inspections
  • Producing clear, accurate and easy-to-understand reports using our streamlined systems
  • Delivering professional, friendly service to clients
  • Managing your own schedule while being supported by a responsive and well-organised office team

About you

You'll ideally have:

  • A background as a qualified builder or building inspector
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • A reliable, organised approach and confidence working independently
  • Contractor setup, including your own vehicle, tools, and ability to invoice
  • A clean driver's licence and a strong customer-focused mindset
