  • s.Coaching and mentoring managers and acting as a trusted advisor on IR/ER related matter
  • s.Driving employee engagement through surveys, interviews, and action plannin
  • g.Delivering training and collaborating with L&D to meet local need
  • s.Supporting workforce planning and succession discussion
  • s.Leading the implementation of Groupwide programs related to remuneration, development and engagemen

t.Health, Safety & Environme

  • ntConducting site inspections and risk assessment
  • s.Ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulation
  • s.Delivering safety training and supporting HSE communication
  • s.Investigating incidents and supporting rehabilitation plan
  • s.Performing safety audits and maintaining documentatio
  • n.Supporting the implementation of our Integrated Safety Management Syste
  • m.Delivering the Group safety and well-being initiatives through local implementati
