We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Day Shift Team. The shift runs from , Monday-Thursday. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Wigram facility.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our team at the Wigram facility in Christchurch.  Reporting to the Primary Process Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the department. Operating rubber manufacturing equipment, including mills and Banbury mixes, to produce high-quality rubber compounds, following standard operating procedures, product specifications and adhering to safety regulations.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in machine operation, be a team player, take responsibility for the quality of your own work, have the ability to exercise discretion and judgement and enact your health and safety duties within a wider health and safety system.
