The opportunity
We're on the lookout for a skilled Project Administrator to join our Dunedin Projects and Interiors team.
If you're someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, and takes pride in supporting projects to run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. Construction experience is a bonus, but what really matters is your positive attitude, strong admin skills, and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
In this role, you'll be a key part of the team - keeping project documents up-to-date, supporting day-to-day site and office activity, and helping our teams stay organised and informed. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and ideally you've worked with document control systems before. Experience with Procore would be a real advantage, but we're happy to provide training too.
You'll thrive here if you're someone who enjoys variety, can manage multiple tasks without missing a beat, and communicates clearly with everyone around you. We're looking for someone who's proactive, calm under pressure, and brings a genuine can-do attitude to their work.
We're looking for the following:
- A full driver's licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high standards
- Solid administration and document control experience
- Construction knowledge or contract admin exposure is a bonus
- A natural team player who is always thinking one step ahead
