We are seeking a Solicitor to join our Employment Team in Tauranga.

We would love to hear from experienced solicitors with a genuine interest in Employment and a desire to build a successful career as part of our wider litigation team. You will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, written and technical skills and a desire to add real value to every client interaction.

What we are looking for:

• NZ admitted lawyer with at least 2-3 years' PQE

• Employment experience;

• High academic achievements;

• A strong work ethic;

• An ability to analyse and advise on complex legal issues but find practical and cost-effective solutions;

• Excellent communication, written and technical skills; and

• Sound people skills, both with clients and colleagues.
