We are excited to open recruitment for a newly created Legal Executive vacancy, supporting our busy Auckland-based property teamThe Role:Due to continuous growth and client demand, we are searching for an experienced Legal Executive to join our leading Auckland-based property team. This vacancy has a specific focus on high-volume conveyancing and large-scale development clients.You will work closely with our specialised team of professionals with a specific focus on conveyancing matters, while providing some overflow support to senior team members.It's a great opportunity to take your conveyancing experience to the next level—working alongside some of the best operators in property lawThese will include:Managing high-volume conveyancing files from opening to post-settlement;Searching LINZ for property titles;Drafting client documentation, including Letters of Engagement, Sale & Purchase Agreements, and Settlement Statements;Preparing and registering all Landonline documentation;Onboarding new clients (including AML compliance);Maintaining accurate records and files using various databases;Effectively communicating with staff, clients, banks, and agents throughout the conveyancing process; and·Supporting team monthly billing and invoicing.About You:This is a full-time, office-based role suitable for professionals with 5 + years of legal executive or specialist conveyancing experience.
