  • Significant experience designing, building, and supporting mobile applications across iOS and Android, with confidence in architecting solutions from the ground up.
  • A habit of staying across the latest Android and iOS development trends, policies, and compliance updates.
  • Experience leading design discussions and sprint planning, breaking down complex work into clear, achievable delivery chunks.
  • The ability to spot and address technical debt, drive improvements, and guide teammates toward technical excellence through design reviews and mentoring.
  • A strong grasp of security, reliability, and scalability principles, and an appreciation for building systems that last.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, able to explain complex technical ideas to developers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders alike.
