About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Longburn site.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all data within the CMMS system, and for leveraging that data to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Maintenance department.

You'll work closely with the Maintenance and Electrical Team Leaders to plan, schedule, and allocate maintenance work in line with operational priorities-supporting plant reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

To make this happen, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and allocating maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Reviewing completed maintenance work and implementing corrective actions where required
  • Updating and adjusting maintenance schedules based on plant priorities and equipment availability
  • Ensuring calibrations are completed within required timeframes
  • Supporting and contributing to a range of plant improvement and reliability projects

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage key stakeholders across the business
  • Solid plant knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Competence in using CMMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach
  • A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
