We're a Kiwi-owned and operated business working in the digital marketing industry and we are looking for an organised, detail-focused individual to join our team in Paraparaumu.  This is an in-office, part-time role (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries via a ticketing system
  • Processing regular monthly and ad-hoc customer invoicing
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and in line with established procedures
  • Managing customer domain renewals
  • Providing general administrative support to both production and sales teams

About You

  • Previous experience, at least 2 years in an administration and/or customer service role
  • Confident in dealing with a wide range of customers and external stakeholders
  • Experience of MYOB Advanced, Google Suite and Zendesk is preferred but not essential
  • High standards of professionalism in written and verbal communication.
