About the Role

We seek a passionate and experienced Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Partridge Jewellers in Queenstown. This full-time/part-time hours per week) position offers an exciting opportunity to represent one of New Zealand's premier jewellery brands. You will be key in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and sharing the unique story behind our exclusive collections of fine jewellery and watches.

What We're Looking For

  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury goods, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing personalised service and expert guidance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Jewellery/Watch Expertise: Previous experience in the jewellery or watch industry is an advantage, though not essential. A genuine passion for fine jewellery or timepieces and a desire to learn.
  • Visual Merchandising: A keen eye for detail and a refined sense of style to ensure that the showroom consistently reflects the luxurious standards of our brand.
  • Team & Independent Work: Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, displaying flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Professional Presentation: A polished, well-groomed appearance that reflects the sophistication and elegance of the Partridge brand.
