As Planning and Business Support for Toyota New Zealand's Used Vehicle team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, and insightful reporting that drive our business forward. You'll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, contribute to process improvements, and support sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity is full time, fixed term (14 months parental leave cover), based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.

What's involved in the role:
- Manage vehicle data and order processing (record creation, pricing, offers, rental returns, fleet sales)
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on used vehicle performance, sales trends, and market analysis
- Support the development of executive reports and presentation materials for various audiences
- Oversee the Used Vehicle sales inbox and support direct sales
- Assist with rental returns and goodwill claims
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Experience in administration, business support, or analyst roles
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Power BI, databases)
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Customer focus and relationship-building ability
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to change
