MidCentral actively seeks Maori into our workforce to reflect the community we serve.
The Medical Assessment and Planning Unit is a **newly built 20-bed** dedicated area for acute medical patients.
The emphasis will be on rapid patient assessment and treatment with the aim of either an early discharge, or a clear plan of care on admissions. As our Ward Clerk you will be responsible for providing support to the clinical team in this busy work environment. Therefore we are looking for a professional who has the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and demand, and is enthusiastic, polite, empathetic, timely and reliable.

Hours of work are **15 a week: weekends 8am till 4pm.**
