About the Role

Once installation projects are handed over from our sales team, you'll coordinate all aspects through to final delivery. From scheduling and programming through to on-site communication and stakeholder updates, you'll manage multiple moving parts to ensure efficient, safe, and successful installations of custom storage systems such as pallet and shuttle racking.

This is a fantastic entry point for someone early in their project management journey or a strong outgoing customer service administrative background. You'll work across projects ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+, gaining valuable experience in planning, customer communication, logistics, and problem solving-supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team.

There's plenty of autonomy once you're up to speed, and you'll be trusted to deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive coordination and relationship management.

You'll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

  • Confidently understand customer needs and site requirements with empathy.
  • The ability to programme and coordinate multiple complex, time-bound installation projects, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.
  • Excellent time-management skills to plan, prioritise, and allocate resources effectively while keeping customers informed and supported.
  • Confidence to think on your feet, use sound judgement, and resolve issues quickly to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking full ownership of your project and being accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes for the business.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with strong verbal and written communication skillset to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A committed approach to health and safety -protecting yourself, your team, and your customers in every environment.
