The Ingham Group has recently acquired Central Motor Group in Rotorua. This is a sole franchised Ford dealership located at 105 Old Taupo Road, Rotorua. This dealership was built brand new approximately 3 years ago to the latest Ford corporate identity and will be trading as Ingham Ford Rotorua.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial and operational performance of the dealership.
• Lead the sales, finance, after-sales, and support functions with a strategic and commercially minded approach.
• Drive business development initiatives while maintaining high levels of customer and staff engagement.
• Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manufacturers, and the wider Ingham network.

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive dealership leadership or senior management.
• A proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes.
• Confident in managing multi-department operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Highly skilled in people leadership, team development, and customer experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Passionate about representing the Ford brand.
