Senior Nursing Lecturer - Māori

Are you a Registered Nurse with acute inpatient and/or community experience? Are you passionate about supporting nursing student's success in a degree programme? Do you want to join a committed nursing education tīma?

If your answer is yes to these questions, we have got the perfect role for you here at Te Whare Takiura o Manukau (MIT).

Our School of Nursing is seeking a highly motivated registered nurse who is passionate about the advancement of Māori nursing practice, is committed to the improvement of Māori health disparities, and addressing Hauora Māori. The successful candidate will come with a strong clinical background in nursing, preferably with nursing education experience, a current practising certificate and a Master's degree.

If you have a passion for nursing, akoranga (teaching) and advancement of Hauora Māori, have outstanding communication skills, established Māori networks and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, we would like to hear from you
