Joining our busy team, you'll be supported by Senior Project Managers and Directors to manage the full project delivery life cycle, and will primarily be responsible for:
- Managing remediation construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate design and planning processes, including securing resource and building consents where required.

- Oversee project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures to meet client budget objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resourcing, deliverables, and timelines.
- Attend client meetings to ensure clear communications.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contract instructions and correspondence.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
We take on the complex, rewarding, and uniquely challenging projects—those that demand strategic thinking and deliver real value to our clients. From the outset, we apply a thoughtful, expert-led approach to ensure our clients gain meaningful outcomes for their properties.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction and/or infrastructure sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and contract management practices.
- Strong understanding of NZS 3910 and contract administration
- Strong skills in project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost management.
- Preferably experience working with both public and private sector clients
- Experience in procurement and tender management processes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in project or construction management, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or a relevant post graduate degree
