The Role
As our Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting guests between Queenstown and Onsen Hot Pools and Day Spa, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and welcoming journey every time. You'll take pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle, following all road rules, and delivering excellent customer service.
When you're not behind the wheel, you'll support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks, from helping with laundry to assisting with light maintenance and vehicle checks. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic and guest-focused team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full clean NZ driving license
- P Endorsement is required
- Excellent driving skills and a strong safety record - Confident driving in stressful conditions, including all weather conditions.
- A friendly, professional manner with great communication skills
- A strong customer service focus and genuine care for guest experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team with hands-on task
- Previous experience desirable
- Must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
The successful applicant will work to a roster with work hours during the day, evenings & weekends.
