**The role**

We are looking for a depot Administrator at our Queenstown Depot. This is a split role, 20 Hours Driving/20 Hours Admin duties.

The role will have a focus on assisting with charter operations, quoting, following up with customers, rostering drivers and providing drivers will all necessary information to allow them to complete the charter, health & safety. Driving a school run and being available for some weekend on-call duties on a rotational basis to meet the needs of Charter operations is required for this role.

**To be successful you must have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally in the passenger service industry or similar
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to develop and maintain key relationships in the business
- A positive attitude and shows initiative
- Computer Literacy - intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good understanding of systems and programmes
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and be a team player
- Attention to detail

**Qualifications required**:

- NCEA level 2 or higher
- Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
- Must have Full Class 1 for at least 2 years
- Class 2 and P Endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
