As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at the Matamata Branch.

About the Role:

  • Service and repair Massey Ferguson, Iseki and other agricultural machinery in the field and in our fully equipped workshop.
  • Conduct inspections and provide repair recommendations.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using the latest AGCO diagnostic systems and tools.
  • Prepare new equipment for delivery and perform pre-delivery inspections.
  • Support the field service team when required.

About You:

  • Strong mechanical background in agricultural machinery, diesel, or heavy equipment servicing with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience  (AGCO experience an advantage).
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to complete repairs to a high professional standard.
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple jobs.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the industry.
