As a maintenance engineering technician at All Concrete QT Ltd, you will play a critical role in the successful projects in the Queenstown Otago region. This full-time position involves maintaining concrete pumps. You will work closely with the wider construction team to ensure jobs run smoothly, by making sure all concrete pumps are well maintained and engines are running well at all times.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely maintain concrete pumps and their engines
  • Helping the team to monitor concrete flow and pressure to maintain optimal performance of the pumping equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the concrete pumping equipment
  • Ability to operate a welding machine
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations on the construction site

What we're looking for

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise with all vehicles
  • Be able to communicate effectively with the wider construction team- Communication skills a must
  • Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of working in a safe and compliant manner
  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
  • Medical Emergency First Aid experience
  • Computer skills would be helpful, for our social media following

Starting rate $30.00 per hour

Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
