Purpose The strategic content marketing leader responsible for setting and executing a best-in-class content strategy that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes for ZURU's Baby Vertical Brands. This role leads global content development across paid and owned channels, ensuring content excellence that supports long-term brand equity and short-term performance goals.

- Lead the development and implementation of global content strategies that deliver business impact for all current and future Baby Vertical Brands. Setting the creative vision, tone of voice, and visual direction.
- Contribute to Annual Brand Planning to set Content Objectives that help accomplish vertical big bets.
- Own end-to-end management of Global Content Campaigns, from ideating ideas aligned with Brand objectives to translating insights into compelling strategies across scrappy and polished content formats.
- Briefing and managing external partners in close collaboration with the Creative Team and Brand Marketing Team, overseeing and allocating global production budget for best ROI, and overseeing creative delivery with the support of team members, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Partner with the Digital Team to proactively suggest test & learn opportunities, monitor content performance, and drive continuous improvement of campaigns
- Collaborate with Media Partners, leveraging their resources and expertise to ideate campaigns and enhance performance
- Lead owned channel strategy and oversee execution for Baby Vertical Brands across TikTok, Instagram, Website, Facebook, and EDM by driving audience growth through best-in-class content delivery that improves community engagement and sentiment, overseeing content planning for all channels including content calendars, copywriting, and creative execution.
- Drive regular reporting across all owned content efforts with clear test & learn agenda that shapes continuous content improvement.
- Lead the scale-up of the Baby Content Engine for all brands, including global scrappy and polished content production across core platforms like TikTok & Reels, establishing processes that keep Baby brands at the forefront of creative trends, platform innovation, and competitor activity while producing at scale.
- Developing globally scalable content production that empowers local markets to execute content strategies aligned with global standards while allowing for local customisation, and researching any new platforms or tools to support content production at scale.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, creative, commercial) to ensure content strategies are aligned with business priorities and offer best-in-class to key markets globally.
- Lead and grow the Baby Content Team by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure high performance, creative excellence, and operational efficiency, setting clear expectations and empowering team members through strong processes, role clarity, and creative inspiration, and overseeing team workflow in line with wider business priorities
- Champion the role of content within the business, building strong internal relationships and advocating for the role of content in delivering brand & business outcomes.
- 5+ years' experience in content marketing, brand, or social media management, ideally with exposure to global or fast-paced brands.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver content campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to optimisation.
- Strong track record in social-first content, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with results in driving growth and engagement.
- Awareness of pop culture, social trends, and platform innovation, with the ability to turn them into relevant, brand-right content.
- Experience in building and managing social content calendars across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience in content production (both scrappy and polished), with the ability to scale campaigns and adapt for local audiences.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or leading others, fostering collaboration and creativity within a team.
- Confident in using data and insights to test, report, and refine content strategies.
- Passionate about storytelling and brand building, with a commercial mindset and eye for creative detail.
