We're looking for a passionate, driven professional to join our team in this exciting growth role and make a real impact.

As a key member of our direct phone-based Business Banking team, you'll work with our valued customers, delivering exceptional service across portfolio and relationship lending, as well as transaction banking functions for our SME customer portfolio.

In this role, you'll build strong, trusted relationships provide tailored solutions and offer advice that supports sustainable business growth. With your credit expertise and commercial insight, you'll add value to every conversation.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience: 

  • Proven experience in business or commercial lending, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong credit analysis skills with and practical understanding of lending across business or commercial banking
  • Solid knowledge of general business with an awareness of market and industry trends
  • Confidence in communication and relationship building, always putting customers first
  • Financial literacy and the ability to explain lending decisions clearly
