As the Team Leader of Learn to Swim, you'll take the lead in managing and operating all aspects of our Learn to Swim School and related programmes. This role is all about creating a safe, fun, and effective environment for learning, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, provide strong leadership to the LTS team, and ensure our programmes meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. From rostering and staff development to promotional activities, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of our swim school.

You're an energetic and organised leader with a passion for aquatic education and customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for motivating teams to deliver exceptional results. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in managing or coordinating swim programmes or similar recreation services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and organisation abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work within budgetary and operational guidelines.
  • A willingness to step in and teach lessons when needed, backed by relevant swim teaching qualifications.
