We are searching for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our friendly and professional team on a fixed-term contract until early December 2026. Our ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to make sure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will deliver high level product quality and ensure optimum service is provided to all hotel guests in line with IHG's Brand Standards. Supervise and inspect the housekeeping and public area attendants work to ensure product quality standards are met. You will also support the continuous development and growth of the housekeeping team to their full potential.

What we need from you

  • Housekeeping Supervisory experience of at least 2 years
  • Experience with HubOS and/or OPERA will be held in high regard but is not essential
  • Continually improve our service to enhance our guests stay, keeping an eye on the guest feedback
  • Full ability to work an array of days and shift times including nights, public holidays and weekends
