  • Deepening relationships with our most valuable customers
  • Constantly using our industry leading data and market intel to outmanoeuvre the competition
  • Leveraging the power of our brands — BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS, and more to deliver value

We're looking for someone who's more than a sales operative — you're a trusted advisor, a results machine, and a confident negotiator. You'll work closely with branches, category managers, and key accounts to make smart plays, fast moves, and deliver big wins.

What You'll Bring…

  • Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
  • Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
  • Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
  • A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive

Bonus Points Available For…

  • Experience in a highly competitive, trade related industry
  • Key account growth or trade network relationship skills (e.g. Capricorn)
