Our Electrical Safety team is involved in almost every ElectroNet project; safety is an integral part of the work we do, and we are proud to support businesses in meeting the highest safety standards.

We are seeking a talented Electrical Safety Engineer to join our industry leading team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of electrical safety engineering within New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will join the team in our head office in Christchurch, however, are flexible on Auckland or Wellington offices options depending on the individual.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Liaison with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Desktop review, modelling and design.
  • Site testing and condition assessment inspections.
  • Preparing high-quality written reports, drawings and presentations, for both internal and customer consumption.

We are looking for a self-driven team player who has excellent interpersonal skills that is looking for an opportunity to become a technical specialist in their field. The successful applicant should have an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree and at least 3 years' experience in Electrical Safety engineering.
