Marketing Coordinator - 8 Month Mat Leave Cover

Join a NZ tech company transforming health & safety for more than 10,000 builders and trades across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Our mission is to get construction workers home safe at the end of every day.

This role is all about NZ marketing operations and supporting the marketing team to achieve our goals. Perfect for a proactive marketing grad or strong writer ready to dive in, learn fast, and make an impact.

About the role

You'll get stuck into a mix of work, including:

  • Writing articles to educate our members on how to operate safely on site
  • Social media management
  • Basic design in Canva
  • Writing and setting up our fortnightly newsletter
  • Marketing automation using ActiveCampaign
  • Event management

Experience in B2B or software is a bonus, but not essential. Marketing qualification preferred.

You'll mainly support the NZ side of the business, but you'll jump into wider marketing projects and help out across the business when needed.

You'll work closely with our NZ Marketing Specialist and collaborate with our wider marketing crew.

8 month fixed term contract starting 1 Feb 2026 (ideally) and ending 30 Sept 2026.
