About the role.
. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
to oversee the store operations.
General Tasks Include:
Manage inventory: Oversee stock levels, order new products, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Monitor sales and budget: Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and manage the store's budget and expenses.
Ensure store appearance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle administrative tasks: Manage daily operations, such as opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety laws.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff: Hire and train employees, assign shifts, and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
Upselling of products and ability to decide what products can be added according to demands.
Ability to decide pricing according to market rates.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Previous experience of at least two years at a manager/team-lead level in a retail or customer service environment is preferred along with:
Excellent verbal and written English.
Applicant should hold a valid Duty Manager Certificate and Educational background of Retail/Hospitality is more likely to be preferable.
