Dilmah is now looking for an energetic, commercially strong Retail Account Manager who's ready to step up, own major retail accounts, and grow their career in a supportive and genuinely fun team.

Why this role is exciting

You'll manage and grow key retail partners including Woolworths, Foodstuffs, The Warehouse, Farro, and more.  You'll dig into scan and shopper data, to uncover insights and market opportunities, influence category outcomes, and drive initiatives that genuinely move the needle.

There are heaps of exciting upcoming projects to get your teeth into including NPD pipeline development, consumer activation campaigns, collab promotions, and high-visibility strategic work with senior leaders.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage national retail accounts and lead customer relationships
  • Build and execute account plans aligned to strategy and growth targets
  • Use market, shopper & category data to identify real opportunities and develop executional activities
  • Manage promos, launches, trade spend and annual agreements
  • Translate account plans into field team objectives and develop tools to support excellent execution at store.
  • Lead the Sales Support Executive and collaborate within a tight, experienced team
  • Represent Dilmah with professionalism, energy and creativity

  • Strong experience as a Key Account Executive or Account Manager in FMCG
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence with data & insights
  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas and initiative
  • Able to build trust fast and influence buyers
  • Gets stuff done, takes ownership and enjoys solving problems
  • Enjoys being part of a small, supportive, high-trust team environment
