One of our amazing staff is off to start a new adventure, so an epic opportunity to join Aim'n Sportswear as a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant has come up

We are looking for a kind hearted, genuine and dedicated person to come and join our epic team. We are located in the heart of Mount Maunganui town centre, with Pilot Bay and Main Beach a short walk away. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, supportive and inspiring brand and our sales assistants match this energy.

**About the role**:
The Retail Assistant will be responsible for:

- Greeting and attending to customers and assisting them to find the right products through technical education and connection.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set as part of the team.
- Responsible for processing cash and card payments and dealing with refunds.
- Navigating and managing customer complaints as they arise.
- Stocking shelves, working as part of the team with overall stock control and management. Eg: receiving, unpacking, pricing and de stocking excess product.
- Visual Merchandising adjustments and actions as directed by the Store Manager.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, using the open and close duties list daily.
- Working within established brand guidelines when communicating in store or via online channels. Responding to social media requests/queries from store Instagram page.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions across all channels.
- Responsible for security within the store and awareness around shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Actively suggesting ways to improve and support business success.
- Maintaining a positive outlook and mindset around possibility.

We are looking for:

- Someone with previous retail experience (ideal but not essential) with experience in key holding.
- Someone who is willing to take on extra shifts (cover sick leave, annual leave ect).

Someone confident and competent with digital technologies, including Apple products and social media channels.
- Someone who loves Aim'n and the message behind what we do.
- Someone who can inspire women to feel confident and unstoppable wearing the aim'n product.
- Someone willing to commit to the role and take it on as their own.
