About the Role

The Social Worker in the Child Development Service provides support to children with development concerns or disabilities and their families. The role includes psychosocial assessment, advocacy, and connecting families to community resources, while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. It focuses on empowering families, ensuring culturally safe practice, and promoting social justice through timely interventions and effective liaison with external agencies

About you

You're a qualified, registered Social Worker with a current practising certificate and a passion for supporting children and families. You bring strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of ta multidisciplinary team. If you have a current practising certificate and a full driver's licence, we love to welcome you to our team
