Beach & Pool Attendant
About the Role:
A Beach & Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest comfort in all beach and pool areas. Your attentiveness and professionalism help create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
What You Will Do:
• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, as well as assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Set up pool chairs, provide towels, and maintain a neat and organized poolside and beach environment.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner, anticipating their needs and fulfilling reasonable requests.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction by maintaining a high level of attentiveness and professionalism.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.
What You Will Bring:
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and cleaning procedures.
• Efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
